Delete your TradesWork Field account
In the app
- Open TradesWork Field and sign in.
- Tap Account, then Delete my account.
- Confirm. You're signed out on every device right away.
What happens
- Your access to every company ends immediately and you can't sign in again with that email.
- After 30 days your name, email address, phone location history and profile photo are erased. Within that time your employer can reassign your open work, and you can ask us to cancel by writing to support.
- Work you did for a company (visits, notes, photos of jobs, estimates, invoices, time cards) belongs to that company as a business record. It stays with them, shown as "Deleted user", and they delete it under their own retention policy.
Company owners
If you're the only owner of a company, make another team member an owner first (office app: Settings › Team), then delete your account. To close a whole company account and delete its data, contact support.
Can't open the app?
Email support@tradeswork.app from the address you sign in with, or ask your employer's office to remove you. We confirm by email.
