Your Analyst agent (Ana)

Overview#

Ana covers Reports. It writes a weekly owner brief from the same numbers as your dashboard and notes anything on the ops monitor that needs attention. It only reads and reports, so its levels are Off and Suggest.

Before you start#

• Open it from AI Team (the AI Team link next to Approvals) and click Open on Ana's card, or click Your Analyst agent at the top of a Reports page.

• Owners and admins change autonomy and guardrails. People who can approve AI proposals (owners, admins, dispatchers, accounting) can use Do it, Dismiss and Undo.

• No AI connection is needed for the brief or anomaly notes. "Ask the business" on Insights uses AI.

Steps#

What Ana does on each run#

1. Mondays (or on Run now): Weekly brief with last week's invoiced and collected amounts, jobs booked and completed, and up to five watch items (aging estimates, overdue invoices, failed membership charges, thin or full weeks).

2. Daily: each ops-monitor item becomes a note with its suggested next step and a link.

3. Missing data shows as "—", never 0.

Set how far Ana may go#

1. On Ana's page, under Autonomy, click a level: Off, Suggest.

2. Under Guardrails, set the limits and click Save guardrails.

3. Click Run now to run it immediately instead of waiting for its schedule.

Review what it did#

1. In Activity, each entry says what, why, and the outcome (Suggested, Waiting for approval, Done, Undone).

2. Click Do it on a suggestion to do it with your permissions, or Dismiss.

3. Click Undo within 24 hours to reverse a reversible action.

Settings that change this#

• AI Team › (agent) › Autonomy: Off, Suggest, With approval, On its own.

• AI Team › (agent) › Guardrails: money limit per action, customer contact, quiet hours, actions per day, monthly AI budget.

Tips#

• Open the note's link to go straight to the list behind it.

Troubleshooting#

• The brief shows "—" everywhere. → No invoices or jobs in that week yet.

FAQ#

Can Ana change anything? No. It reads and reports only.

Is everything Ana does recorded? Yes. Each action is in its activity log and in the audit trail, attributed to the agent (or to the person who approved it).
