Overview#

Wren covers Warranty & Compliance. It turns deadlines into tasks: warranty part returns due to ship within 3 days, claim drafts that sat for 2 days, and refrigerant leak-repair and verification deadlines within 7 days. It also counts units due for OEM registration.

Before you start#

  • Open it from AI Team (the AI Team link next to Approvals) and click Open on Wren's card, or click Your Warranty admin agent at the top of a Warranty & Compliance page.

  • Owners and admins change autonomy and guardrails. People who can approve AI proposals (owners, admins, dispatchers, accounting) can use Do it, Dismiss and Undo.

  • Tasks go to the admin queue (warranty) or the dispatch queue (leak repairs, which need a certified technician).

Steps#

What Wren does on each run#

  1. Daily: part returns awaiting an RGA or ready to ship with a ship-by date within 3 days → a high-priority task (urgent if late).

  2. Claims still in draft after 2 days → Submit warranty claim <number>.

  3. Open leak cases with a repair or follow-up verification due within 7 days → an urgent task for dispatch.

  4. Units due for OEM registration → a weekly note.

  5. Undo cancels a task Wren created while it's still open.

Set how far Wren may go#

  1. On Wren's page, under Autonomy, click a level: Off, Suggest, With approval, On its own.

  2. Under Guardrails, set the limits and click Save guardrails.

  3. Click Run now to run it immediately instead of waiting for its schedule.

Review what it did#

  1. In Activity, each entry says what, why, and the outcome (Suggested, Waiting for approval, Done, Undone).

  2. Click Do it on a suggestion to do it with your permissions, or Dismiss.

  3. Click Undo within 24 hours to reverse a reversible action.

Settings that change this#

  • AI Team › (agent) › Autonomy: Off, Suggest, With approval, On its own.

  • AI Team › (agent) › Guardrails: money limit per action, customer contact, quiet hours, actions per day, monthly AI budget.

Tips#

  • Keep Wren in On its own: it only creates tasks.

Troubleshooting#

  • No leak-case tasks. → No open cases with a deadline in the next 7 days.

FAQ#

Does Wren submit claims to manufacturers? No. People submit claims and registrations.

Is everything Wren does recorded? Yes. Each action is in its activity log and in the audit trail, attributed to the agent (or to the person who approved it).

Coming from ServiceTitan#

ServiceTitan warranty admins track claims and returns by hand. Wren watches the deadlines on the Warranty Desk and Refrigerant Compliance pages.
